A Novel Evening – Every Great Story Needs a Hero

This was an in-person fundraising event for the Anchorage Public Library.  We were guest authors at a Beyond the Stacks banquet table of library supporters and had an opportunity to share our new book, War and Love, with our tablemates.

Those who decorated did a great job and went to the extent of wrapping thin mints to look like minature books representing the guest authors. We had a great opportunity to meet other authors; some authors and attendees were dressed as book characters  The evening was a fun event and raised over $100,000 during the auction for the Anchorage Public Libraries.
